What You’ll Do We are seeking a detail-oriented Parts Counter Associatee to manage our Volvo genuine parts inventory. You will work primarily in our parts department using CDK Global (CDK Drive / CDK Parts) to keep inventory accurate, organized, and ready for service and retail customers. Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, and put away incoming Volvo OEM parts shipments
  • Perform cycle counts and physical inventories using CDK PartScan or related CDK tools
  • Maintain accurate on-hand quantities and locations in the CDK system
  • Update inventory records, process receipts, returns, and special orders in CDK
  • Organize and label bin locations for efficient picking
  • Identify discrepancies, damaged parts, or low-stock items and report them promptly
  • Warranty parts returns
  • Assist with parts picking, staging, and counter support/sales as needed
  • Keep the parts warehouse clean, safe, and audit-ready
Requirements
  • Experience with CDK Global / CDK Drive / CDK Parts software strongly preferred
  • Previous parts inventory, warehouse, or dealership parts experience (Volvo or other OEM a plus)
  • PartsRec, PartsFisher (Total Dealer Solutions a major plus)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers and part numbers
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
  • Basic computer skills and comfort working in a DMS environment
  • Microsoft Office
  • Reliable, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent
