Machinest/General Labor Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $15.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Various shifts available ( Monday through Thursday from 05:00am to 03:30pm )

• Operate and monitor CNC machinery or other production equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Perform a variety of general labor duties, which may include material handling, loading and unloading machines, basic product assembly, and packaging.
• Conduct routine quality checks on parts and products to ensure they meet required specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering strictly to all company safety protocols.
• Assist with inventory management and the movement of materials within the warehouse as needed.
• Follow production schedules and contribute to achieving daily output goals efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors to support overall warehouse operations.

Machinest/General Labor Qualifications:

• Experience as a CNC Machinist or Machine Operator is essential.
• Ability to commit to a demanding full-time.
• Must be able to stand comfortably and consistently for the entire 10-hour shift.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing or warehouse operations is
• This role operates within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Physical demands include standing for extended periods (10 hours), walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive motions.
